I enjoyed re-visiting Woomera for the first time for the 60th
anniversary Reunion. I met Mark and told him how much I appreciated
the work he has done in setting up the "Woomera on the Web" site.

I was in High School while my father served for the US Military in Woomera
during that time. I have posted on the Woomera website in the past. While in
Woomera some of the teachers I had were Mr. Hughes, Mr Dawson, Mr Lever, Mr
Peters, Mr Ellemor, Mr Quinn.

I joined Hawker Siddeley Trials Support Unit in 1963 as a technician
on the Blue Streak – ELDO trials team. I lived in Elizabeth Grove and
was one of the merry throng who regularly commuted to Woomera courtesy
of Airlines of South Australia, which I did for the next seven years.

Hi I'm a member of the Franklin clan (Julie) we were in Woomera from
1970 to 1974. My father is Max and mother Win Dad worked at the rocket
rang and mum worked in the veggie shop. We use to live at 13 Curong st
which I see is not there any more. I was 8 when we got there and left

My Family arrived in Woomera in 1961 and i left there 1974/1975,
certainly would appreciate if you can dig out any old school picture

It's entirely possible that I may have an old school photo. We live in the
UK and we recently moved house and I unearthed a bunch of old Woomer High
