Very nice shot Bob,

I have the same Sigma lens,  and use it with a Canon 350 D, though
concentrate on birds mainly. Ive been delighted with the lens
performance thus far - a tad heavy and doesnt have image
stabilisation, but overall I've had some great results with a tripod.
Ive used it hand held a few times with mixed results. I made the
switch from digiscoping and sharpness has been the defining
difference in digiscoping and using a traditional lens.

Hope to launch a website soon with a few of my results.

cheers
