Dear Matt,
Elkner indicates to me that he cannot get Hoary/Breezy to run on old
hardware.
This is obviously critical for Ubuntu Lite, the Educational Mafia and the
Developing World. Elkner will send specific data to me next. Once
abstracted, you may need to programmatically deal with this.
Any thoughts on how to attack this problem? I will be content with a
response consisting entirely of wiki urls. ( Remember, brevity is the soul
of wit :^)
