Ouch. Pain at bedtime is no fun. In my case I am a perfectly healthy 61
and my insomnia is primary, not Apnea or any of those breathing
disorders. The sleep 'specialists' around here can't do anything more
than prescribe an oxygen tank and a mask for forced ventilation.

That is one reason I refine my smoke, not just for 10x better smoke but
also to filter out and impurities (like glass). Finally I run my solvent
/mix through a coffee filter to make sure there is *nothing* in my smoke.
Solution; Find the dealer who do this and when 6 or more are found and
obviously guilty, line them up against a wall and empty 6 Thompson

Possibly more but it simpler to have central locations which of
course have to pay rent so that the patients can easily find and
pay for the costs of the rental and the costs of the salaries of
the clerks and the doorman who keeps out the folks who
don't have a doctors letter or MM ID.
Cannabis is also useful in serious but less than terminal illness
