Prisons in China's provide training for prisoners for
purpose of exploitation of slave labor of victims of its
legendary gulag economy.  Authorized by Personnel
and Labor Guarantee Department, Bureau of Prison
Administration is building centers for exploitation of
skilled prisoners, to outsource their unionised labor .
Every prison in China has established professional
skills training base and provides an office to assist
in achieving qualifications, according to the bureau.
"The center is offering a variety of professional skills
training to prisoners. All of the prisoners work in favor
of enrichment of China's gulag economy by their labor.
"We have found that ping prisoners with professional
skills could really contribute to China's social stability."
Each prison provides professional skills training to
prisoners in accordance with their individual speciality,

"The army that will defeat terrorism doesn't wear uniforms, or drive
Humvees, or calls in air-strikes. It doesn't have a high command, or
high security, or a high budget. The army that can defeat terrorism
does battle quietly, clearing minefields and vaccinating children. It
undermines military dictatorships and military lobbyists. It subverts
sweatshops and special interests.Where people feel powerless, it
helps them organize for change, and where people are powerful, it
reminds them of their responsibility."   ~~~~ Author Unknown ~~~~
