You get a prescription for medical marijuana from a physician, and then I assume you go to a special dispensary licensed by the State to get the product. Is that correct? If so, wouldn't be easy for the Feds to raid the dispensaries and apprehend the employees as well as prescribing physicians? Or are all of these transactions done underground?

I'm not from the usa but from what I've read If your state allows medical marijuana and you've been prescribed from a doctor you are covered by those state laws. However, I'm sure that certain posts of the government could still try to jail you. I've heard of some dispensaries and/or compasion clubs being "busted" because of other issues and one lady in canada who was proceduted after she sold to a undercover because they should have looked up the number of the doctor instead of going by the documentation (obviously the doctor was fake). In her defense it seems underhanded, BUT the dispensary apparently did this twice in a row and she went to jail.

You are correct until last week when the President told the DEA to leave the sick folks alone as well as the places where they get their medicine unless State as well as Federal (bad) law is being broken.

ty for clearing that up. I wasn't certain it applied to all states since, to my knowledge, only 14 allowed for medical marijuana.
At least some sick people can get help without worrying about big brother kicking down the doors for a simple toke

It does not apply to all states but only those permitting medical marijuana.

And when Congress wises up and decides to save some money on enforcement and confinement and legalizes medical use for the whole nation then I can die in some measure of happiness that I have tried to get people to organize for the purpose of changing that vile and despicable law that in the year of my birth was passed by a racist and venal group of WASPs in Congress.

Yeah .. the guy who was telling the LIE, making the FRAUD, doing the CRIME by hanging paper and stealing IDENTIFICATION ... well that person is okey doaky .. huh.
I am soliciting for SEX .. but because this is for my ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, there is room for sex as written in STONE.
They USED to call it entrapment, and entrapment USED to be a crime, but it seems that in order to convict as many "criminals" as possible, it is now completely legal to commit crimes to catch "criminals."
Of course, the criminals comitting the crimes by deceiving other people who are not neccessarily criminals are not criminals comitting crimes, as they are creating new criminals to maintain their quality of live by preserving their personal employment positions...and that's only a crime if you're not a cop or a politician.

I guess more and more abuse of justice can be pushed beneath a rug in order for "law and order" to prevail. Whats worse, in reguards to this story, it is/was an otherwise fully legit, legal medical "clinic" (albeit an alternative drug) and not some drug dealer on streets selling crack to kids or some hooker who could be passing aids to the "johns" and then to his family.
I guess to shrink it down into a smaller format. The governments of the world need to pick better battles. This woman's only real crime was negligance in the hopes of helping the sickly. AND not really her crime since it was one of the staff that did it.
In reguards to your other post reguarding estacy I'm going to look at it later. I never took it before, I never experimented with anything besides mj when I was younger -- despite the claims that its a "gateway drug". Although I already know MJ was a mood elevator I didn't know it could help in something so serious as ptsd. I read a fairly new article reguarding this and wondering... wth don't they help soldiers? I know there's alot of misinformation but if you can help, even a little, the MJ use can be regulated by a doctor and I think its a good idea for anybody getting medical mj to use that instead of going to a dealer

ALL STEALING .. all crime .. comes from the COOKIE JAR.
I shit you not.
Stealing a cooking .. .and then making lies about it.
Hey .. I did it as a child, you did it.. everyone does it.
When they grow up with love, they ask permission and say please, and it is okey if NO comes up ... because there is enough sweet love into their lives so they are not hungry, craving, have addictions.
It is growing up in FEAR .. that makes PRESIDENTS lie ... fox you over for lies .. as they steal your money.
Obama knows which side of the white bread gets the butter.
MO butter .. Mo butter ... Mo butter.
He stealing it ... not even a vote in Congress.
No representation for this taxation ...
I say kill the foxs ... and it is a crime to advocate it for a President or a law enforcement officer or other such shit heads ... so they are not in this discussion needless to say.
Roveniggers are above the law just like the Kenndyniggers are above the law.
Butt Fox Boys have all the money ... as they know how to take it up the ass and keep their mouth shut.
