BoN 2009 will be July 24-26 Fun times with really cool people! Come see the progress on the new artist's cabin! (I wiped myself out helping build walls yesterday, and was very impressed with the felling of a red maple, by axe, for the center beam) Good food. Chocolate. Trees and wildflowers. What more could you want?

OSCON or BoN? BoN or OSCON? Well, that's an easy decision. -- Hugs and backrubs -- I break Rule 6 http://rule6.info/ <*> <*> <*> Being a project manager is a lot like getting paid to be Cassandra

OSCON, of course. -- Hugs and backrubs -- I break Rule 6 http://rule6.info/ <*> <*> <*> "It has been said that man is a rational animal. All my life I have been searching for evidence which could support this." --Bertrand Russell

Curious. Not that I know anything about Oscon, or for that matter, much about you. But I hadn't pegged you as the blatantly nasty with no provocation type.
But we weren't planning any mudwrestling anyway (sorry miguel), so it's all for the best.

Hmmmm, one (or both) of our tone filters must be off. My intention was to be a little humorously whingy about events getting cross-scheduled -- not that I would expect you to know or care about OSCON timing, especially given how unlikely it would be that I could get to BoN even if it weren't cross-scheduled (because of the logistics).
Anyway, I'm sorry I came across as sounding nasty. -- Hugs and backrubs -- I break Rule 6 http://rule6.info/ <*> <*> <*> "It has been said that man is a rational animal. All my life I have been searching for evidence which could support this." --Bertrand Russell

I was mostly puzzled, because I couldn't read it as not-nasty. Makes more sense, now.

I'll be in NC with my family, but enjoy!

Hey, mud doesn't just happen to fall out of the clear blue sky, you know!
