Committee and countless acts of frontier violence -
although one could argue that standards in the West
regarding whites killing other whites were different
than those in the East (excepting the blood-soaked

I'll ask a question: have you read Retreat from Gettysburg: Lee,
logistics, and the Pennsylvania campaign, By Kent Masterson Brown?
He makes the whole Gettysburg campaign read like a looting expedition,
from first to last. Lee decides he has to do something or all the
other armies will takes his men so invents the invasion.

pursued Lee and I gave you the result, Stuart is turned loose. Have
you ever heard the song that Stuart wrote some of the lyrics for?
If anything JEB Stuart had a fixation on that ride around McClellan
and tried to duplicate any chance he got.

There would be a whole new attitude towards satellites, example the
Soviet Union was at too high a latitude for geosynchronous satellites
to economical so they developed a loop orbit called Molniya after the
satellite used.

Despite what you believe, there was a pursuit following Gettysburg.
There was a fair amount of fighting involving both cavalry and infantry.
Most of the Confederate cavalry was quite busy, either covering the
ANV's wagon train (Imboden's Train) or the flanks of the ANV infantry.
It didn't have an opportunity to do much more.
