La Audiencia de A Coruña vuelve a culpar al Ministerio de Fomento por alejar
el 'Prestige'

El auto del tribunal reprocha a la juez de Corcubión que tilde de "prudente
y razonable" una decisión que fue un "error clamoroso"

La Audiencia Provincial de A Coruña ha ordenado que se impute de nuevo al ex
director general de la Marina Mercante José Luis López-Sors, al que
considera responsable de la decisión tomada por el Ministerio de Fomento en
2002 de alejar el Prestige de la costa gallega cuando empezaba a perder
fuel.

El tribunal coruñés ha echado por tierra el auto de la juez de Corcubión,
Carmen Veiras, encargada del sumario, quien había retirado la acusación
contra López -Sors por considerar que actuó de forma "razonable y prudente"
cuando se negó a dar refugio en puerto al petrolero griego, el 13 de
noviembre de 2002, después de que éste sufriese una vía de agua frente a la
costa de Finisterre.
