The following are recent quotes from the Lao U.N. Ambassador, as he
conducts international diplomacy from his Geneva desk as an official
representative of his nation on the world state:

"Clearly, Dr. Pao is a trouble maker and is playing hanky panky game
with those people."

This is after Dr. Pao was officially invited by the Lao PDR government
for a visit a few years ago.

Similarly, the following was a rebuke from Yong Chanthalangsy of
another Lao expatriot, Chong Moua Jones, who spent some time with
projects in Laos and having worked with Lao government officials:

"Who are you to present an Olive branch... and for what??? We do not
know you..."

I mean, what kind of a U.N. Ambassador is Yong Chanthalangsy?
Apparently, one who still proudly flies the Hammer and Sickle flag of
the long dead Bolshevik Revolution while at the same time claiming
that he is part of the elite class of Laos who are "RICHER" than any
Laonork who can buy a brand new car with two months of his salary and
send his kid to prestigeous school in France...while a third of his
people can't read and write.
