Hi, What are the public resources available to look at the background and 'character' of a potential partner company? I'm not really sure what I'm asking for here but I'd like to see things like previous litigation proceedings...current legal proceedings against the company and/or its directors. Does anyone know of any other types of public information I could look at that perhaps isn't in the google index?... more »
