Hi Jason,

Dont know anything about that particular grant but with COMET where
you have to match 20% or 50% you have to show proof of payment ie bank
statements and invoices and they only forward the grant to you in
tranches so you dont get your next tranch until you have spent the
previous one.  I imagine yours would be the same.
