Good job on that. That's a good starting point.

I guess the main issue would be the use of Alexa and Compete only to guage
the rankings. For now, news type sites will get more than normal companies.
And web2.0 or Software as a Service types will get more views than somebody
like Atlassian.

One another thing to look at would be Google Rank of these websites. And, as
the above link suggests, add in Google Trends.
