I'd recommend you stay from the really large ones as they tend to be
the worst for any sort of focused discussion.

The best in my opinion for web startups are FoWA in London (http://
events.carsonified.com/fowa/20 09/london/) and SXSW Interactive in
Austin ([link]).

For small scale used pcs I typically visit recompute.com.au at
Bankstown, sydney.

I have bought a few machines from there. Desktops and laptops; Dells,
ibms, acers, hps, thinkpads.

With the laptops, I always look closely for dead pixels; laptops
usually need new battery too.

State and Regional Development. They usually get entrepreneurs on their 2nd

I would suggest that you start attend few events / drinks and get to know
people in the industry.
It's not a very huge community to begin with. Most of the time, everyone
knows everyone.

From my experience, people in this community are very generous and generally
willing to give you advice over a cup of coffee / lunch.

ict services 2020 panel. This is more innovative than it sounds as it

Disadvantages - you might not get everything you want/need in 1
auction, there's time involved in collecting furniture or office
