We're about to start selling our new eLearning platform. It's a hosted
SaaS solution that we're currently selling into enterprise for
internal training and presentation.
We have our first customer starting a proper trial next week, so we
need to get some sort of basic license agreement setup ASAP.
Does anyone else here who does SaaS have a simple pro-forma agreement
that I could use as a base or be able to point me somewhere?
It should be very standard and probably cover things like:
- liability for downtime, damages to business etc
- pricing schedule
- acceptable use
- IP, etc
I need something really quick, so any help would be much appreciated.
Happy to provide a copy of our standard terms for managed servers that
you
could use as a starting point. I realise it's not SaaS but as a hosted
service
you're probably covering many of the same points.
