The NSW Pearcey Committee is holiding a debate at the NSW Parliament
on the evening of 12th November to discuss how we can create a better
climate for technology entrepreneurial leadership in NSW.
Following the debate the annual NSW Pearcey award for entrepreneurial
leadership will be presented (see www.pearcey.org.au for details of
previous winners). The NSW Pearcey Award is presented to a “mid
career” technology entrepreneur who has already made a significant
contribution to the ICT industry, and who has the
potential to make further significant contributions.
The event will also highlight the outcomes of the recent Public Sphere
events held in Canberra, Wollongong and Sydney, with updates by Penny
Sharpe NSW MLC and Federal Senator Kate Lundy.
VENUE: Jubilee Room, NSW Parliament House
REGISTRATION: Free of charge. By invitation only. RSVP is essential
due to NSW Parliament security.
