To celebrate the National Week of Deaf People 2009, the NSW Parliament
invites you to attend a panel discussion - following a similar format
to SBS show “Insight” -  exploring choices for deaf people & their
families.

The aim will be to have a panel of about 11 people ranging from
parents, health professionals, teachers, government, dept of ed,
service providers and deaf people taking part in the discussion. The
facililtator will ask the questions of the panel and then will open it
up to the audience.

When: Wednesday 21 October 2009 6-8pm
Where: Parliament House, Macquarie Street, Sydney (Meet in the
Theatrette)
Who: The discussion will be led by an experienced facilitator

I would be interested in meeting other hearing impaired people for coffee somewhere around Sydney, North Sydney, Chatswood or Macquarie Shopping Centre in the coffee shop.

Can we decide on where to meet and when?

Is Thursday or Friday nights after work or Saturday once a month for coffee?

Any ideas welcome...
