I am being examined by ophthalmologist more often than I would like to
be. Actually the exams are not too bad. It is the traveling and waiting
for hours for a few minutes of examination and inadequate consultation
that will drive me crazy.

I looked at that test. Color matching on a computer screen is
questionable. The spectra of the phosphors vary with the technology used
to produce light. Moreover, merely changing contrast on the screen will
affect the color distribution.

NATURAL EYES had NO EFFECT on their MEASURED refractive STATE?
As an issue in ENGINEERING/SCIENCE -- and not in "medicine"?
