Subject: REQ. Photograph of Gordon Roy Parker of Philadelphia(address supplied)
We need recent photographs of Gordon Roy Parker and are able to pay
$250 for them. Email us at ueriot\at\ndsm/spot/org to discuss how we
pay you. Western Union or Paypal are simplest. We will be putting the
photo(s) on a website blog, so you'll be assigning all rights to us.
GRP goes by the name "Ray Gordon" on the internet, you can google for
that to know the type of character involved. No risk to you in taking
the shots, the asshole is spooked by his own shadow. So if you are in
the locale, just go to his front door (he has no job and is terrified
of traveling - he will be in for sure) and snap him when he opens it.
Don't be confused and wait for someone else to emerge if he refers to
GRP (himself) as "he". It is him, he has no friends or callers except
for those who deliver the fuckdolls. This third person grandiosity is
a part of one of his mental illnesses
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcissistic_personality_disorder
He'll slam the door shut and run as soon as he spots the camera, so
you may only have a second or two. The light is poor so you will need
to have the Flash ready.
The usual "We got a parcel for Parker" will get all doors opened, and
gaining entry to the apartment block is no problem. His hideout is at
 4247 Locust Street
 Fairfax Apartments #806
 Philadelphia
 PA 19104
 Telephone 215 386-7366
Mr Parker claims he will be playing locally, at the National Chess
Congress in November, where he could easily be photographed. But, he
won't dare to attend. If pigs fly and he does show, after losing the
first couple games he'll hightail it back to his hideout.

Stating an intent like that allows me to file a preemptive lawsuit to
get a court order enjoining the practice.  All of this is going into a
motion to be filed with the court in my current lawsuit, so let's see
what the judge says.

Posting someone'spic without authorization on the internet will just
cause the blog, its host, or backbone provider to be shut down.

Tha's assuming the cops or Inspector General doesn't don't decide to
act first.  If they do, I hope certain idiots don't whine.  Some
serious crimes are begin committed here.  At some point, it won't be
any more of a joke to those doing it, than it is to those now being
sued.

Only for yuor attorney, as you've just given me grounds to seek a
court order preventing the invasion of my privacy, and violation of my
right to publicity.

This is also being treated as an implied death threat, as the original
post was designed to mimick what contract killers do.

That's quite a MOTIVE you've established for yourself, should anything
go wrong on the other end.

Maybe the Inspector General or Law Enforcement will act as well.

Those who think this is just "internet flaming" should now realize
otherwise.

Not quite, shithead. You started the trend of offering to pay for
information on your critics. You can't shut that door just because you
don't want others to use it now.

Oooh internet insults!   So BRAVE!!

We'll see what the cops and the courts say, not some pathetically
incomptent and ireelevant blowhard like you who tries to suck the
naive into his little crusade.

Up for a meeting at YOUR local PD?  I have an open invitation to come
in and file a criminal complaint there.

You're on MUCH thinner ice than you think. If you didn't live in
BUMFUCK you'd have learned that already.

I think you have hit on his real purpose--to amuse, so why not just relax

Don't you ever get tired of looking foolish?  If you could get an injunction
against someone taking you photograph in a public place, TMZ, and the rest
of the Paps would be out of business.  Even mentally ill newsloons don't
have any expectation of privacy in public places.  That is to say, anywhere
outside of your apartment.  So once again you are talking through your ass.

Nope, the photographer owns the copyright, if you file a DMCA takedown
notice and it's actually taken down, you have to pay for putting it back up.
Sorry newsloon, you are full of hot air as usual.

Nothing for them to act on, except to prosecute you for filing a false
report.

Name one serious crim being committed here.  Can't do it can you?  Idiot....

File your suit, so you can have some more costs to pay...LOL
