  You are missing a fast lens. Could be some nice opportunities for &lt;br&gt; available light photography. Look at a Canon 50mm f/1.8 as they are &lt;br&gt; fast, sharp and inexpensive.   I am new to the filter and lens. Hope I can get good advices here. &lt;br&gt; I went to ebay and got a set of used filters for my digital camera. There &lt;br&gt; is one Hoya PL lens. I doubt it is linear pl, but not sure. Does that &lt;br&gt; matter for digital camera if it is not cir-pl? Also, how do I tell it is &lt;br&gt; standard or double coated lens without the retail package?

  to &lt;br&gt; Sky color is easily adjusted digitally. In fact, you can do a much better &lt;br&gt; job than a C/P filter.
