  Is it possible that my home brewed, &#39;improved,&#39; no hydroquinone D-76 &lt;br&gt; would be less active at 1:3 dilution than standard, out of the box &lt;br&gt; D-76? Although my home made D-76 compares favorably with store bought &lt;br&gt; D-76, results at 1:3 seem underdeveloped.
