Elmer,
I can answer almost none of your questions, but a few.
The ferry that I saw did not have the capacity for cars (let alone RVs).
You should be able to park the coach on Newfoundland near the docks.
That will probably be in Fortune or Grand Bank (not sure).
It is a French Province, so I would expect an American to need a
passport (knowing the French, it will have to be a real passport).
Saint Pierre is the only one with a usable harbor (good place to ride
out a storm - guess why I know?), I don't have any idea how normal
people get to the settlement at Anse de Miquelon.
Given the proximately, I be they will take Canadian currency (and
probably all that they can).
I don't have any idea what is there past the dock and the first bar and
that was some years ago.
When you get back, tell us about it.
Matt
