You don't own a copy of the let it be movie? I bought

We can all learn something new from the Beatles every now and then, or
each other. It is OK. I believe when we learn  things it keeps us
younger in a way. If we all knew so much that there was no more left
to learn, we would stop growing.

I have it on Beta  :)  But since it hasn't been in official release
for I don't know how many years or decades, I don't see how anyone can
be chided for not having seen it.

I always thought the "Elmore James got nothing on this baby" thing
George said was him making fun of John's clumsy slide playing.  He
even laughs while he says it.
I also wonder if that had anything to do with George deciding to take
up playing slide.

What was the first song George played slide on?

Yes, but I don't hang out in the very places where my ignorance stems
from. That would tend to make one look STUPID. But at least he’s
honest enough to ask fror guidance. If he’s for real, that is.

YOU said the sound sucked. I clasped an eyeball on them yesterday,
though. Look nice! Too bad I got screwed on the 2nd season of The
Fugitive for a similar sound issue. I bought it and it sucked, and now
they’ve reissued it with the good sound, so I’m just out 40 bucks or
whatever it was. When they fix Bonanza to your liking, let me know.
Then I'll fly for it.

No, believe it or not, many people probably have not seen the Let it

I personally couldn't care what people think of me and my ignorance.
I have a friend who was a counsler at a college, (now retired) who
told me several years ago...that he thought "Georgie Girl" was
a Beatles song. Did I correct him? No, cause I'm not interested
in making people feel bad.

It turned out okay. I had the wrong plug in the wrong place, so
you're okay.  I can't wait for season 3 of the Fugitive. I had
no sound problems with season 2.
