Does anyone know how it's possible to recover from a crash on the Mac
OS X carbon port? The version says that "insurance files for
recovering from crash" are compiled in, but I can't figure out how to
use it. (Following a hint from an earlier RGRN thread, I tried
restarting with the same name, but it didn't work.) And the in-game
mac-specific help says that Recover is packaged within the Dungeon
file, but it wasn't among the files I got.
