Owens got less than 50% dumbass. The whore who stabbed the Republicans in the back is partially responsible. Hoffman will be back.
BTW did you notice the slaughter in VA? All 3 top office to one party, been awhile that that happened. And the margins? 60 - 40?
And New Jersy? Blue state in the tank for Obammy?
You might want to climb out of the pitcher of Kool-aide and take a hard look around.

Getting dizzy yet?
You don't want to get into who the carpetbaggers really are, all the Massachusetts scumbags who went out to poison the nation.

Maybe Obama should stop playing rock star, sending his ole lady off to Mylie Cyrus concerts with tweens (wonder what that little stunt cost the taxpayers), keep one or two of the promises he made, stop blaming Bush for every failure he creates, and begin to act like a fucking President. Of course, with hardened bigoted lemmings like Cliffy and the rest of the liberal nutbars supporting him simply because he is not a Republican, he will blunder along as he has for the past year and get *nothing* positive done. Give the lefties enough rope and they hang themselves.

Hoffman will be back in 2010, Tuesday's election was for one year. Next year Dede won't be on the ballot. Hoffman did great considering having no political experience and the short time he had to campaign.

He's not from that district. Maybe he'll find somewhere else to carpetbag.

Palin? I'm not a fan of hers, but I wouldn't call her a whore.

"In the tank"? Would you like to give us an analysis of what happened in NJ, oh wise one?
> You might want to climb out of the pitcher of Kool-aide and take a hard > look > around.
Gray Parrot, who can't even seem to spell New Jersey, will now give us his analysis of the state's elections. Of course, never having asked a NJ voter what was going on here, he really doesn't have a clue.
Here's what happened: It was a protest vote against the highest property taxes in the country and high (9.8%) unemployment. Corzine has been unpopular for a long time. The protest vote was manifest in the polling that showed the third-party candidate as high as 14% just a couple of weeks ago.
But as I wrote in a post a few days ago: "I think the vote for Dagget, the independent, will drop below the current polls and flop mostly over to Christie, the Republican." Which is exactly what happened. Dagget pulled less than 6% of the vote; it was known that 2/3 of those voters favored Christie in a two-candidate race. When they got in the voting booth they chickened out and voted for Christie. Christie himself was sliding steadily over the past month. The election timing probably saved his butt.
What it says about Obama is that he couldn't re-energize the inner city voters who came out for him in '08. The vote itself, however, was about local issues. People here are seething about taxes, and with justification. Although Christie won't be able to do a damned thing to fix it, he kept saying he would, and the eternally gullible voted for him -- or, rather, against Corzine. If you actually knew what you were talking about and felt the pulse of the voters here, it would seem like an entirely reasonable outcome.
I almost did myself. Listening to my friends over coffee at the local coffee shop this morning (and these guys are mostly moderates and "business conservatives"), Christie is already unpopular because he's been elected for hours now and taxes still haven't gone down. <g> And nobody believes they will.

Yah. WINNING is tantamount to losing. A year from now, using that as "logic", the dimorats will be the biggest WINNERS of all, LOSING 50+ seats in the House and 10+ in the Senate. And then Obammy will WIN by LOSING re-election. And the country will WIN because those LUSER SOCIALISTS won't be in office anymore.

Uh, he lost. He will lose again. He couldn't even been a Dem in a district that hasn't had a Dem since Ulysses Grant was POTUS, and which voted 65 percent GOP only a year ago. Oh the times, they are a- changin'!
