Subject: Super Record Fittings, "tube nut"
The "tube nuts" that mount brakes and shifters in the new SR group...
the ones that use the T25 drivers. Are these aluminum? It seems they
are. I'm concerned that they will corrode in place (like Al nipples)
and be impossible to remove. Should I replace them with steel ones?

Yes they are aluminum. You can replace with steel ones or just install
with a bit of grease or antisieze on the threads.
