I love my Emu 0404, but I just found out that my new computer has no PCI slots - only PCI Express. So, I need recommendations for a replacement. All I really need is digital I/O, but a very clean audio out would be good too. Thanks

Peavey VMP-2 Transformer Output Problem

I have a VMP-2 with a very low level on one of the XLR out connectors. The corresponding unbalanced signal is fine. I tracked the problem down to the output transformer by swapping channel 1 and 2 transformers. The transformer is marked with DB-348 and 70500348 number codes.
