Subject: OT - Forgotten American History
Okay, after 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombing, what was the largest
terrorist attack against and on US soil?

A bit of digging found these links to forgotten past:

The Black Tom Explosion:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Tom_explosion

Hindu German Conspiracy:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annie_Larsen_affair
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hindu_German_Conspiracy_Trial
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indo-German_Conspiracy

And if that was not enough, the Germans wanted Afghanistan to declare
war on Great Britian...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niedermayer-Hentig_Expedition
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_Anglo-Afghan_War

Which was not a bad idea, given the First and Second Anglo-Afgan Wars.
