Dear Hiro,

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the delay in responding.

We have long been aware of the problems with IME input for Japanese,
and have spent quite a lot of time and effort trying to isolate and
fix them. Rationale 2 has a lot of improvements in this area which
went a long way to fixing this problem. At this stage, the best thing
to do is to install the trial version of Rationale 2 and test it out.
We'd be very interested in hearing your feedback.
