This group seeks to facilitate the use of OpenSecrets OpenData.  First released in Spring 2009, our OpenData provides large datasets of Campaign Finance, Lobbying, 527s and Personal Financial Disclosure reports.  Staff from the Center for Responsive Politics (CRP) will monitor this group and participate in the discussion.  We hope that you will feel free to ask your questions, provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.  We also hope that you will find compatriots here to spark your creativity, kick around ideas and resolve problems.  For more information about the new bulk data available, go to www.OpenSecrets.org/action/data.php
