U.S. Congress passed legislation TODAY to end Internet gaming - Email updates to me

Americans can't decide if they want to gamble online.  As usual, the
Republican Congress has decided for them.  First American women can't decide
on their own health issues, now men can't decide where to gamble.  Sounds
like protectionism in its rawest form.

Funniest Thing:  The politician's attached the gambling bill to a Homeland
Security bill so President Bush must sign it.  Critics said the Defense
Department bill was no place for the gambling measure

Online Casinos Open to U.S. Players. No Restrictions. - Email updates to me

Online Casinos Open to U.S. Players. No Restrictions.

Due to the passage of anti-Internet gambling legislation in the U.S.
Congress Sept. 30, several larger online casino networks are
temporarily
suspending U.S. players from playing at their sites.

So, big online casinos are getting out of US market like 888, Casino
Tropez, Partycasino ,etc.

See Our list of online casino sites still open to U.S. players. No
restrictions.

http://www.bluecoincasino.com/games/US-onlinecasinos-open.htm

Rumors are that Playtech (software provider for online casinos) will
"ask" to their clients to pull off from the U.S. market but it seems
some Playtech casinos will stay in the market.

We have spoke to a representative at golden palace (playtech) and she
said nothing changes. At least they will stick for a while 'till 270
days are over.

Most casinos accepting players are microgaming and we found one RTG
also.

We are getting many answers like "business as usual" from online
casinos to find out in few hours they are not accepting players.

Usually, they allow the player to spend or withdrawal the money they
already have in their account and won't be able to deposit again.

Check also Our list for U.S. poker rooms.

Party Poker Fights Back The New Law - Email updates to me

Party Poker Fights Back The New Law

PartyGaming Group (partypoker, party casino, party bingo, party
backgammon) has sent a statement to their affiliates regarding the new
bill.

"...PartyGaming owns the largest customer database in the US in this
industry and we will be proactive in offering as many other legally
acceptable services to these customers as possible. This means that by
continuing to send us traffic, you will continue to have an opportunity
to capitalize on it. So keep those banners where they are - the game
isn't over yet!"

So despiste all the fuzz about the Bill those big companies are trying
to find holes in the new Law. You shouldn't expect companies who earns
several millions a year to give up just like that.

Once the major groups find this "hole" al the others will do the same.

Maybe its time to consider to buy some PartyGaming, Neteller and 888
shares in London.

And check out this:

" Former New Jersey Attorney General doesn't see online gambling
legislation lasting

John J. Farmer, former attorney general of the State of New Jersey,
doesn't see the bill to restrict online gambling lasting more than
three years on the books.

I'd be surprised if this law is still in the books in three or four
years time," he told the Associated Press. "But then again, I'm
surprised that it exists at all."

Gaming companies were left reeling when the House of Representatives
and the Senate unexpectedly approved a bill early on Saturday that
would make it illegal for banks and credit card companies to make
payments to online gambling sites.

The bill was tagged on to a port security bill late Friday.

"It was like watching sausage getting made," he told the e-comlaw
Online Gambling conference in London.

Farmer said he didn't believe Congressmen really knew what the bill
entailed.

"In 1999, there were operators taking bets and not paying when people
won," he said. "What'll happen now is this bill will leave the field
open to those very people who caused those problems in the first place
-- the fly-by-night operators."

The World Trade Organization is due out with a decision in early
December as to whether the US has been in compliance with a ruling made
in favor of the tiny Caribbean island of Antigua, which basically
stipulates the US cannot interfere with internet gambling activities of
other jurisdictions.  The WTO is likely to find the US has not been in
compliance.

Of importance here is that the US has filed a grievance with the World
Trade Organization in regard to China and would most certainly need to
abide by any other WTO decisions if they are to make any sort of
headway in this matter.

Antiguan Finance Minister Dr. Errol Cort, Health Minister John
Maginley, and Attorney-General Justin Simon, were all in Washington,
D.C., on official business yesterday, participated in a town-hall
meeting hosted by the Embassy of Antigua and Barbuda.

In speaking about their meetings with US Government officials,
Attorney-General Simon noted that Antigua and Barbuda remains committed
to finding an amicable resolution in its case against the United States
on Internet gaming.

How Often Do You Win When You Play Roulette - Email updates to me

Subject: How Often Do You Win When You Play Roulette
When did you last play roulette and win? How often do you actually
leave the table with more money than you started with?
What if, from now on, you could sit down at a roulette table and know
for SURE that you're going to walk away a winner, every time?
If I tell you I can show you how to win every time, online or in your
favorite brick-and-mortar casino, you won't believe me. And I don't
blame you. If someone told me that I could regularly win when I play
roulette, I wouldn't believe it either.
There is no need to risk your gambling money while you're testing. Go
to an online casino and play for free, or, in a live casino, stand near
a table with pen and note pad, record a series of consecutive spins,
and then see how you would have done, had you been playing.
The Internet is flooded with ads for roulette systems. They all claim
that you'll "win consistently" when you play roulette. Most of these
systems sell for anywhere from $200 to several thousand dollars. Do
they work? Do you get your money back if it turns out they don't work?
I doubt it.
And don't spend big bucks. Just because information is high-priced
doesn't guarantee it'll make you a better player or a bigger winner.
When you play roulette according to my Sure Method, you win in small
increments and build your profits slow, but sure. Depending on the size
of your betting unit, you will make from $50 to $250 per hour.
This is not a formula for greedy players who are aiming to double their
bankroll in short order. If you're looking for a get-rich-quick scheme,
look elsewhere.
