Here's my take.
No tomorrow is a human story about relationships and the science behind climate change. The book is dedicated “To the future ...and those who want one”. Though it is a work of fiction, the story is very real and, to some, therapeutic. It follows a documentary project by a young bright journalist looking at the science in the debates around climate change. The story provides, through light reading, an exploration of a range of subjects from science to love, community, family, friends, sports, cyberspace and life in general. These somewhat serious matters are covered in a way that deeply engages, the reader without causing trauma. It is written with charm and wit and can be hard to put down in spite of some detailed coverage, in certain chapters, of the culinary arts that would may very well appeal to everyone from accomplished chefs to reluctant cooks.
