See comments in the attachment - there are a few suggestions. I think the only substantial thing left to really come to grips with is the idea of the power of the written word in the forum to encourage to group and the individual to really come to an understanding of each other and to find a point of agreement rather than resort to division over points of difference (agreeing to disagree ... this notion is especially patronising and offensive when used by a majority to force a decision and course of action that is disagreeable.)

The wording fits now although it would be easier to read if it was bigger font.
Unfortunately there is now something wrong with fig 2.
When you get a chance could you have a look - and it might be best to quickly review the whole publication when you make changes - as you know, changing one thing can effect something else.
