Hello

o       Do you want to hear stories from people who are doing
effective work in their communities without feeling restricted by
funding agreements?

o       Do you want to learn more about what terms like ‘social
enterprise’ and ‘social innovation’ might mean for your organisation
and your community?

o       Do you want to hear from organisations which offer support and
solutions to community initiatives outside of the standard funding
model?

Community Resource Network is organising a Forum - “Social Innovation
and the community sector” - in Blacktown on Thursday 5 November that
will try to answer these questions.

“Social Innovation and the community sector” is a showcase of stories
from people who are doing things which have a social impact – but
which don’t necessarily fit within the usual funding models.

Come along and be inspired!

When:             Thursday 5 November: 9.45AM-4.30PM

Where:            Nirimba Room, Blacktown City Council, Flushcombe
Road, Blacktown

Cost:               $30
