It is just Formula is depriving a child of proper nutrition, or, in effect, starving them, whereas smoking is actively poisoning them, the first isa crime of ommision, to whit, neglect, the latter commission, assault, but both harm children and kill some of them, statistically speaking, which is an entirely valid criticism.
