A while back there was some discussion about RLAB (over priced);
I owned it at the time and sold it after hearing bad rumors.

Since then it shot up for a while but last week it lost 3+ to
close in the $4 range.  Does anyone know what happend to it,
did the bad new finally break?

On 4/22, Royce Labs received a 'NOT APPROVAL' letter from the FDA on it's
Piroxicam drug (a generic equivalent of Feldene.)  This is because of a
number of discrepencies and inconsistencies associated with manufacturing
and testing records for the Piroxicam application.  The company has
received substantial orders for Piroxicam and has manufactured sufficient
quantity to fill these orders, but cannot ship due to the FDA
determination.  This could cost the company $1,500,000 in the current
period.

FDA failed to approve on RLAB's Piroxicam, the generic version of
Pfizer's Feldene. Currently Feldene has a $400 mil/year market.

If Piroxicam passed FDA's examination, RLAB could easily skyrocket
to $12 range. People gambled on it... too bad, they were not lucky
enough.

CRAY is another gambling item. If CRAY find a customer tomorrow, the
stock will be as high as $10.

P.S. RLAB can apply for FDA's approval on Piroxicam again.
