Jeff,

In my book this question is right up there with "what is the meaning of
life". If I could answer it I'd tell you and if you find the answer first
please tell me. Unfortunately I think that some of us are just built to
always have a little safety stock down there in case there's a famine or
something.

I take Taekwon Do twice a week, weight train three days a week and play hard
on the week ends (outdoors kinda stuff). I don't drink, smoke or do drugs
(any more :)) I watch what I eat down to counting my daily intake of all
carbs, protein and fat. I'm 6' 173lbs. 15% body fat and guess where 5% of it
is. So if you or anyone else out there has the true answer I'd love to hear
from you. No pills (ECA stacks) or funky workout machines please!

(I heard lypo's the only way and I'm not havin' anything to do with that)
