Hello, -- Abdullah home page
I've been working out for almost a year now and am really quite
satisfied with the results I've achieved considering the amount of time I
can spend on a daily exercise routine. However, there is one area I'm
having trouble with... you guessed... the spare tire. The weird thing is
that the top part of my abs are flat to the point where you can see the
muscles underneath, but I still have this spare tire (which now seems more
noticeable than ever since the rest of my body is in good shape).
What exercises (or books can I read) that will help burn off this one
last obstacle in my way of a pretty good physique? Thanks in advance!
