I dont bother with lunch at all.

Thats the theory, that food relatively close before sleeping makes
weight gain easier. Not clear if that's ever been rigorously scientifically
proven, but likely it has because some that want weight gain like
Sumo wrestlers do it that way, deliberately eat before sleeping.

It isnt just turned into fat while you sleep.
