Hi
Everytime I try to install this up date an error code appears after xp tries
to download it.

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 Security Update for Windows
2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP (KB974417)

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

To all those that are experiencing problems downloading the .NET FRAMEWORK
1.1 Service Pack 1 Security Update for KB953297 and are getting Error Code
Ox643,do what i did.Contact the Microsoft Update Solution Center on their
website and you can(free of charge,as long as it pertains to only Win Update
issues) contact a MS rep,they will respond within 24 hrs(bus day).tell them
you are receiving error code Ox643 follow the instructions,they are easy.If
enough people do this and i imagine by now,it looks like alot of folks are
having issues,MS will get right on it. The squeaky wheel gets the oil:)

so what your saying 'bigalster' is that you don't know how to fix this
error or you don't want to share your solution with anyone else.
Instead you want people to go talk to haji at M$ and 3 weeks later your
problem just may be fixed.
