I have tried downloading from your links but and getting a security alert
saying
your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.
What do i do to get the security alert to stay off for downloading.

Why aren't you installing KB929729 via Automatic Updates?

Warning message when you try to install a .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3
or .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 security update on a Windows

firewall, and Browser version
