How about letting everyone in on *how* you got to this point - where you
must ask this question.
Did you do a parallel installation? Attempt a clean installation? Do a
repair installation? Use a registry cleaner product? Use a hard disk drive
cleanup? Delete directories randomly? Allow someone other than yourself to
utilize your compiuter without you watching them and they may have done
that? Gotten and cleaned off a virus/trojan/worm or spyware/adware/malware?
What operating system is this?
What edition of said operating system?
What service pack (last one installed) is installed on this system?
What antivirus software do you utilize?
How many users are on this system?
What do you do for backups?
Are these programs under the C:\Program Files\ directory structure (the ones
you supposedly cannot find...)?
What are the names of some of these programs?
