Subject: Office 2003 SP 2 Error:0x8024002D
I've had installation failure a few times now on the Outlook 2003 Update and
Office 2003 Service Pack 2 Update.  The error code is 0x8024002D.  Anyone
know what it means and how I can get the update?

Error Code: 0x8024002D
means - a full-file patch failed because the source was required

If you were downloading a patch, repair Office install and try the patch again or try
installing the patch with the Office CD in the installation drive.

If the full update fails with error 0x8024002d, the update installs in interactive mode.
Windows Installer prompts for installation media if it is required.

Alternative, download the full files from the Office update site and install.
