Subject: Windows XP Service Pack 2
I am unalbe to update windows XP Service pack 2.  Everytime i try it get
almost all the way thru, then stops and tells my access denied. It then
undoes the install that it had completed

Halfway through instillation I get an error message 0x80070005 -access denied
