Subject: Make Call button is disabled in Julmar phone.exe
Hello,

I am trying to test my TSP with Julmar's Phone.exe. But when I select my
TAPI Line device (Line and Address names both are visible from Phone.exe) >
Start Session > Phone #,  the MakeCall button is still disabled. Can anyone
tell me what is going wrong in my TSP?

Regards,
Akil.

Akil,
1st you need to enter a number in the "Phone #" edit box to get the "Make
Call" button enabled.
2nd your TSP needs to set the LINEADDRFEATURE_MAKECALL in dwAddressFeatures
of LINEADDRESSCAPS and LINEADDRESSSTATUS;
in the latter struct only if making a call is actually possible, e.g. the
device is in-service and idle.

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for the reply. Now the MakeCall button is enabled. Similarly How can
I enable Answer and Hanup(Drop) buttons? Currently it is disabled.

Regards,
Akil.

LINECALLFEATURE_ANSWER resp. LINECALLFEATURE_DROP in dwCallFeatures of
LINEADDRESSCAPS and LINECALLSTATUS,
in the latter struct only if the particular feature is currently available.
