Subject: 404 and Page Not Found error on Sharepoint Site
My 2003 server downloaded (w/in the last few days) an update for
Windows Sharepoint Services 3.1 (KB932091). I ran the install and it seemed to lock up before completing the install. I ended up having to reset the server and I ran the update again after the restart. It completed with no problem. However now I cannot access the pages I've created on Sharepoint nor the Central Administration Site. I'm prompted for credentials when I try to browse to it but get 404 Not found error on my workstation and Http/1.1 404 Connection Close error when trying to browse through IIS on the server (also prompted for credentials there). I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable than me experienced this after thanks You must Sign in before you can post messages.
