Im trying to get the message or alert in Microsoft outlook by going to the 
tools > rules & alerts > manage alert tab to view them , but some alerts are 
not showing up or nothing shows up in the tab. I have not been able to find 
out why at times the list shows, and at other times the list does not. This 
issue persist in both Outlook 2003 & 2007

I am using MS Outlook 2003  & MOSS 2007. Any suggestions?
