If you intend to do it through SPD, then I have no idea since I have
not done that before. But I guess the following ranting may be useful
to you.
If you know what specific two columns can be edited by user 2, then
audience targeting is way to go! or if you want to make it more

can not add user

I created a site and add 100 users to it who do not have access to
SharePoint except to this site. Only one user could not be added. Every time
I add the user from AD I get an error
" Can not add the user because a user with that name already exists"
even though they are not in any of the groups. any idea?

Bug when inviting a SharePoint calendar to a recurring meeting

Below is the copy and paste of a SharePoint calendar item that was created
via the calendar being email-enabled and the user inviting it to a meeting.
As you can see the start and end time are past the end effective date of the
reoccurence of the calendar item.
