  DNS really just maps a user friendly name to &lt;br&gt; an IP address. Thats it. All the rest has to be accomplished &lt;br&gt; in the solution as described in the articles. THere are &lt;br&gt; ways to do that as the article decribes, but DNS will &lt;br&gt; just get you to an IP.

  I am not sure I totally understand, but I think you as asking &lt;br&gt; about automatically creating navigation elements to guide users &lt;br&gt; to the pages of content you have created in SharePoint Server 2007. &lt;br&gt; Take a look at the Publishing Infrastructure/site templates. this may &lt;br&gt; be &lt;br&gt; what you are looking for.
