Subject: msiexec not responding when installation path does not exis or emp
Hi,

The msiexec process is not responding while in the installation "folder
selection dialog" when I insert an installation path that does not exist or
an empty string.

I need help identifying the root cause of the problem.

Thanks!

Hi yyosefi,

Could you share more detailed information on your setup project?

What tool did you use to build the MSI package?

Is it just happening on one machine or on all machine?

Or, could you please let me know a step-by-step so I can try reproducing
the problem?

Thanks,
Jie Wang
