  XP home, v 2002, sp3 &lt;br&gt; MS office pro 2003, sp3 &lt;br&gt; Epson Perfection 1200 &lt;br&gt; Epson driver 5.5.3.0, USB, up to date &lt;br&gt; Epson Twain 5 &lt;br&gt; Problem: The scanner works normally in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Image &lt;br&gt; composer. It does not work in MSO Document Imaging; when I click the Scanner &lt;br&gt; button, the pull down list is empty. When I click scan, I get this error

  Have you tried running ckdsk /r to see if you disk is having problems? &lt;br&gt; Software seldom causes reboots except for drivers, most often it is a &lt;br&gt; hardware problem.

  Microsoft Office Professional Plus in an Enterprise volume which you would &lt;br&gt; have procured through your employer&#39;s home use program and is it good for &lt;br&gt; one installation only. Apply to your employer&#39;s IT department for support &lt;br&gt; as it is their resposibility to support Home Use Program SKUs.

  I found the problem. I found this while following the &amp;quot;copy it from the &lt;br&gt; cd&amp;quot; advice. And as usual, it&#39;s France&#39;s fault. &lt;br&gt; To Fix: &lt;br&gt; Copy all the files from the cd into a file folder on your computer. &lt;br&gt; Skip the errors. &lt;br&gt; Open the &amp;quot;Proofing.en-us&amp;quot; folder. There is a folder for English, &lt;br&gt; Spanish and French. For me the French folder couldn&#39;t copy it&#39;s data. In
